Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However, since our products are food items (raisins / dry fruits), returns are accepted only in specific cases.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The packaging is torn or leaking

  • You receive the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of perishable food items, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on food items.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days only if the item remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Opened or perishable food items are not eligible for return under this policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
